FILM & FASHION: The Devil Wears Prada

  • Armada House Telephone Avenue Bristol, England, BS1 4BH United Kingdom (map)
This deliberately ambiguous comedy, set in the Manhattan offices of Runway magazine (a lightly disguised Vogue), has its Chanel and wears it.
— PHILIP FRENCH (OBSERVER)

From Audrey Hepburn and her icon-forging relationship with Givenchy, to last year's Barbie sparking a pink-themed fashion revolution, the link between film and fashion is undeniable - and extremely powerful.

We're thrilled to be introducing you to our new Film & Fashion series, designed to highlight films that have been fashion ‘moments’ in their own right. Starting on Friday 12th April, join us for this series' inaugural event at 1532 Performing Arts Centre, with a screening of the ultimate fashion industry satire, The Devil Wears Prada.

Alongside the screening, expect:

• A fascinating introductory talk

• The opportunity to hear from local fashion and beauty brands.

There will be an interval during the film
