Event Refunds and Cancellations
Tickets purchased via Bristol Film Festival’s website are subject to this refund policy. All tickets purchased through third party providers may also be subject to alternative policies. Customers are advised to check third party provider’s policies at the point of booking.
We operate a no-refund policy; tickets may be exchanged for event credit to the same value of your ticket up to 72 hours before the start of an event.
Red Carpet Club members are able to claim refunds up to 48 hours before the start of an event.
Event credits and refunds are issued at Bristol Film Festival (the Organisers) discretion.
In order to request an event credit, please complete the form below.
If an event must be postponed by the Organisers, all attendees will receive a notification via email. All tickets will be automatically transferred to the revised date. If customers are unable to attend on the new date, a refund can be claimed if the Organisers are notified by the date specified in the notification email. Following this, event credits will be issued up to 48 hours before the start of an event.
If an event is cancelled with no alternative date provided, all attendees will receive a notification via email and receive a full refund.
